What I collect
If you use the contact form or email me, I receive your name, email address, organisation (if given) and your message. Squarespace, which hosts this website, also collects basic usage data through cookies, as explained in the cookie banner.

How I use it
I use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to manage that work. I rely on my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and on taking steps towards a contract at your request. I don’t sell or share your details, and I don’t send marketing emails.

Where it is stored
Enquiries are received through Squarespace and stored in my email account, provided by Google. Both providers may store data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

How long I keep it
Enquiries that don’t lead to work are deleted after 24 months. Records of client work are kept for as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes.

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@dreammengliu.com.

Cookies
I don’t set any cookies myself or use cookies for advertising. Squarespace, which hosts this site, sets essential cookies that keep the site secure, make the contact form work and remember your cookie choices. These don’t require consent. With your permission, Squarespace also sets analytics cookies that give me anonymous statistics about visits. You can accept or decline these in the cookie banner, change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link at the bottom of the page, or block cookies in your browser.
